Worked example (illustrative numbers)
A small repair priced with a 20% markup on cost, billed as a 50% deposit and a final invoice. The figures are fictional; replace them with your supplier quotes and loaded labor cost.

A 20% markup on cost is about a 16.7% margin on the selling price ($710 ÷ $4,260). Check yours with the free margin calculator.
What QuickAdmin is not
- It builds estimates and invoices from the quantities you enter. It does not measure plans or run a digital takeoff.
